English Arena collects the following data:

  • Account Information: Username (nickname), anonymous user ID (Firebase Anonymous Auth)
  • Profile Information: Country selection, avatar selection
  • Game Data: Score, level, match count, win count, daily streak
  • Device Information: Operating system, device model, app language (for Analytics)
  • Advertising Identifier: For serving ads (Unity LevelPlay / ironSource). Used for personalisation only if you allow it

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and improve game experience
  • Leaderboard and ranking system
  • In-game friend system
  • Daily quests and achievement tracking
  • Display advertisements (Unity LevelPlay)
  • App performance analysis
  • Crash and error reporting

3. Third-Party Services

Google Firebase

Used for Authentication, Realtime Database, and Analytics services.

Unity LevelPlay (ironSource)

Used for in-app advertising. You choose whether ads are personalised on the in-app consent screen, and you can change that choice at any time in Settings › Ad Privacy Choices. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not selected based on your interests.

Sentry

Used for crash detection and reporting.

App Store / Play Store

Used for in-app purchases.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

English Arena is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right to access your data
  • Right to rectification of your data
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") - Settings → Delete Account
  • Right to object to processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to be informed about automated decision-making

6. Data Security

Your data is protected by Firebase Realtime Database security rules. All data transfers are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

7. Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and all data:

Settings → Delete Account

This action is irreversible and will delete all game data, achievements, and progress.
